Has the La Bassine gotten smaller?

Am I imagining things?

I gave birth in July 2008 in a pool that was purchased March 2008. It was a La Bassine. And it was HUGE!
It held me, DH, and our 3yo - with room to spare!
I remember being bale to hold onto a handle and float in it without touching any of the sides.

I just blew up a La Bassine I bought this month (used from a mom who bought it just this fall 2009)... and this thing is tiny.
When I sit in it my feet touch the other side (i'm not tall, I'm 5'5ish), and if DH gets in with me I doubt there would be room for the water!

I'm slightly peeved, and wondering if my memories (and pictures!) of my last birth are lying. Or if the La Bassine sneakily got smaller and I never heard about it.

Hmm, I thought my La Bassine was huge. DH and I could fit anf have room for more.

I think (?) I remember that there were two sizes. I could be wrong. My seemed ginormous. I bought it about 1.5 years ago and if I recall correctly I couldn't even touch the other side when I stretched my legs out.

Well by those standards mine is definitely tiny but it's big enough for me and our hot tank can't fill it in one go as it is, so if it were any bigger it would be a problem.
