Yeast while pregnant

I have been battleing a yeast infection for 3 months now. I am under alot of stress right now & I know this has a direct effect on my yeast. One day I will be fine & I think it is just about gone & the next day it is rageing again. It started just vagnially, then spred to the skin on 1 thigh, now has spread to the other thigh.

I know there are alot of ways to treat it naturally but I am overwhelmed with all the options, plus I am 5 months pregnant so there are somethings that are not safe to use, but I don't always know what they are.

I have used GSE on the skin, a cider vinegar/water spray on the skin & vaginally, yogurt on the skin, a homeopathic, as well as just changing my undies often. These all have seemed to work to different degrees at different times. However I am not consistent enough with any of it.

Ultimately I know stress is the biggest factor for me right now but I can't do alot about that other than try to deal with it as best as possible. I am really worried since it is warming up here & I know the warm temps are only going to help the yeast thrive by making it harder to keep that area dry (non-sweaty)

I had a persistent infection when I was pregnant four yrs ago. I only had internal symptoms..I became desperate and went on a Candida diet. I have to admit it was super limiting to me and I was a vegetarian at that time. I felt better after 2 weeks of hardcore diet. I don't think it works if you cheat. I told the OB/GYN that the diet worked and he said that it probably went away on it's own , but I tried everything up to that point and I think it was a cleanse for me.

I've looked at some of the cleanses, but they all seem to say different things. Do you remember where you found it or what it was that you were/were not allowed to eat? I am vegetarian too.

I tried to look up the book my friend gave me and I couldn't find it. It basically said no sugars, vinegars, breads, starches, or processed food. This pretty much wiped out my whole diet lol. I was pretty hungry most of the time. After I had my baby I went on elimination diet to try to see what was causing his eczema. I wasn't a vegetarian after that because the foods were so limiting. I ended up weighing 115 lbs within months of the birth. Not something I would suggest to anyone..and btw we didn't find out my ds was allergic to tree nuts until he was almost two.
