that's a classic bfn. ((hugs)) doesnt mean you are out, it's just not a bfp. how many dpo's are you? retest in 2 or 3 days. good luck.

twinkle- i can see the faintest of faint pink somethings in the first FRER pic. However please take with a grain of salt- I have eagle vision, LOL. I hate to say, but also I have seen many ladies lately have trouble with FRER lately, disappearing pink lines, faint but visible pink lines and were wicked evaps and AF arrived. So I wish you luck in getting the desired result. It would really help us to see a chart... How many dpo are you?

how many days post o are you?
I am sorry to say, but that always happens when I take a test and wait for it to dry. I really hope that its just a super early positive for you though!

I'm seeing something there, but I can't tell if it's the antibody strip (which is always going to be there) or some sort of proto-line.
I've certainly been guilty of testing too early. But there is a point where it is not helpful. There will be a day when you get a BFP. But it's only going to be the first day of the rest of your life. You'll have a whole pregnancy to get through. And then on to the rest of your life. If you're pregnant (a little) today, you'll be pregnant (a little more) tomorrow. Give it time. Save some money for baby things. Give your soul a rest, if you can.

It may only take a few more days to show a bright bfp if the line is more than the antibody strip!

FRER has a pink line when it is dry even if you aren't pregnant.

Really? I've never had that happen. Whenever I have used a FRER if it was negative it stayed negative. If it was positive, evenly faintly, it stayed that way.

OP, I would wait a few days and test again. My first FRER was so very faint. It could be something!

It happens with the new FRER's. I had a non pregnant cycle when my FRER's all did this when dry.

I used a new FRER in between my miscarriage and this pregnancy and that didn't happen. It was the pink foil FRER. I was really worried in the beginning of this pregnancy because of all that I had read about the supposed false positives with FRERs. My first FRER tests were just as faint as the OPs. The line was almost imperceptible, and actually showed up better when it dried. I see a faint pink line in the first pic of the FRER. That says a lot for me, too, because I NEVER see the faint lines posted around here.

I had it happen on an old FRER a cycle I didn't get pregnant. (didn't even have a chance, it turned out)

Now I can't say whether this is your BFP or not, but when you put that FRER into photoshop and play with it, I can see something that looks like my FRER taken w/FMU 9dpo BFP. The faintest line appeared (actually appeared past the time limit) and is still there several weeks later That being said my FMU and SMU 10dpo is then darker.

What I'm saying is that I really hope you bought at least a 2-pack and that you are going to save one for tomorrow morning!

I think she's said in the past that her cycles are highly irregular and she just generally doesn't know.

thanks dov's mom. so it is safe to say we do not know if she has ovulated yet this cycle? this is very confusing to me, but somehow, i can not look away...
