Ds has sensitivities to something- most likely a food chemical. I'm almost certain he's not sensitive to wheat when I eat it- his rash actually improved when I started eating sourdough bread.
Is there a reason to wait to give him wheat directly? I know it's hard to digest- is that a reason to wait? It would be kind of nice to be able to give him a bite of toast or pasta here and there. I wouldn't want it to be the bulk of his diet, just to give him a little bit more variety.
