I got the job!!! I wore an outfit that I thought did a pretty darn good job of hiding the big ol' bump. The interview went awesome and I got a call this morning offering me the position. I go in tomorrow for what I'm guessing is just a drug test. Then I start next Monday. The really great news is that they offered me $1 more an hour than I was expecting. It's an administrative associate position in the ER. I can work right up until I go into labor, since it's in the hospital I deliver at.
