Gamer Moms!

Thread Starter
Just thought i'd start a thread just for moms who fight their sons [or husbands/boyfriends] for the Xbox controller! What games do you play??? Who's your favorite character??? Whether you're the best CoD sniper ever or the biggest Final Fantasy nerd ever, post, post, post! Let me know I'm not alone!

Your not alone. My husband got me into playing World Of Warcraft with him. Actually our boys play too. I don't play as religously as my husband though. I get bored. My youngest son is a Wii addict, sometimes we like to have a good mario kart battle.

I did not realize how much of a gamer I was till we were at my parents house and my mom and my 3 sisters though they own a Wii have no clue what they are doing on it.
I love to play a lot of the older systems we have a nintendo 64 that I play several games on. We have ff 7, 8 and 9 for the ps that I enjoy playing. I love the zelda twilight princess game for the Wii.
I am also into the older PC games such as neverwinter night, and diablo 2.

I'll admit to a slight gaming addiction... I play WoW and LotR online.

I met my husband in Everquest...

I got my husband into playing WoW, I only play sometimes now but he is still raiding LOL
I am excited for a cataclysm expansion though. We have a PS3 but we basically use it for watching blu-rays. My daughter is the one that plays xbox 360 and she and I play the wii. Right now we are mostly playing ipad games though. We did beta for LOTR online but never bought the release edition. I played Aion for awhile too.

I love gaming! I still play our old Nintendo Gamecube, mostly the Zelda games, because dh won't buy me a new one until our kids get older. He's afraid (rightly so) that I'll play too much during the day I do, however, keep my DS in my diaper bag, and if I get lucky enough that both girls fall asleep in the car, I'll put it in park and play play play.

I have moved this to the Media forum. It think it makes more sense there.
