Back Carry - Beco

I apologize if this has been asked before - I did a search but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I've been using my beco since DD was 2 months old in the front carry. We both love it!

My question is - is she old enough (she'll be 5 months next week)/big enough (she's 16+lbs) for the back carry?

I don't think there are any specific rules on age for Becco back carries, or you'd have found them. I didn't get my Becco till dd was nearly a year, but I started back carrying her around 4 months. If she fits in the becco, I'd think she'd fit front or back.

As long as she has good head control and you aren't worried about not being able to see her constantly I would say you're good to go!

Try it! If it works great, if not wait a few more weeks and try again.

Yes she should be fine!! I find the Beco super easy to get into the back carry position, much easier than other carriers I have tried!
