So I woke up with dd and ds around 330 am temp was 97.7 then around 430ish it was 98.0 and then @ 640 it was 97.9. So which do I use? I usually test @ 5am or 530 am but I'm not usually up @ 4 am... sometimes 2 or 3 but I figure going back to sleep for 2.5 to 3.5 more hours the 530 temp is still good. I'm wanting to go with the 97.9 because its closer to my normal temp time but the 97.7 was after 5 straight hours of sleep.... so? My temp yesterday was 98.1 so the 97.7 would be a HUGE dip any of them would give me a little dip at least.

1st waking temp or after 4 hours sleep. If you woke at 3:30 after a longer sleep but then only slept for an hour and then another 2 your temps will of course be up from the 1st temp. So I'd use your first temp, but note the time difference and it will appear as an open circle so you'll know it may not be as accurate.
