My temps are fairly consistant (whether I temp shortly after 5a or 7a)That first reading....yeah I am not positive it was correct......I had a big dip yesterday and had hoped that today it was going to skyrocket for "O" time....nope just back to usual.
My libido had jumped up on the weekend a bit and had EWCM....grrrrr
I would love to fall pregnant....but I would also be happy if AF would just show her face!!!!!!

I am taking Maca (750mg capsules...I just increased from 2 a day to 4 a day). Should I add Vitex back in (I did it for a few days then thought I might be BFP and stopped and haven't brought it back). My thyroid is in good working order. I am 37 and overweight and am thinking maybe my estrogen levels are too high and progesterone too low.....If I don't see AF in a couple weeks I will try and get some info from my dr.

you probably would have to wait until tomorrow/next day to see a rise after that temp dip that would suggest o'ing. it wouldnt jump up all that much in one day. not knowing anything but what you've said here- being heavy and having long cycles- do you have pcos do you think? excess weight can increase your estrogen too. if it were me, i would call my doctor. have you talked to a nutritionist too who might help you drop a few pounds? that can help your cycles too. good luck!

Thanks for the response Karmab!

Even when I was fit (135lbs and 25% body fat) my cycles were long, regular but long.

The last 2 before ttc this month were 42 days long each.....
I am going to the gym fairly regularly (used to be a gym addict, pre kid )and am active. I am now trying to eat much better once again....I gave up the specific goal of weight loss as time is ticking (37 now don't want to wait much longer)...I am trying to be healthy without doing anything too dramatic.
