I give my 2 year old DS a multi-vitamin and an omega 3 gummy. My child doesn't eat a completely balanced diet so I feel better making sure he get a vitamin each day!

We were giving the Enfamil Liquid drops, but it stained my DS teeth. So, I switched to a chewable multi-vitamin...good ol Flinstones! I wasn't sure if my DS would like a chewable vitamin so I didn't want to spend a ton of money. Turns out he likes them. I had one too for a fun memory experience!

We give a multivitamin gummy and vitamin D gummy. Our naturopath also recommended an omega 3 old (strawberry flavour) but DD can taste it in anything I put it in!

We give DS a multivitamin gummy most days. We only started doing this in the last few months though.

I take vitamins, and DS drinks breastmilk. Although I'm trying to keep cutting that back.
