Help me choose from this menu?!

I'm going out to lunch at this restaurant tomorrow. I have been following a strict caloric range to get to my goal weight, and I can get to it THIS WEEK if I keep at it. That said, I'm going to this restaurant tomorrow and want to make a good choice there, something under 500 calories for my whole meal. I'm fine with (and plan to) order no mayo, etc. if it is a sandwich. What would you pick or advise? Thanks! http://www.sugarmags.com/menu.html#lunch

I'm thinking the fruit and nut salad with the grilled chicken added in. That sounds really yummy and should be pretty filling with plenty of proteins and healthy fat.

For calorie breakdown, I'm thinking it would be:
Greens - 25
Cranberries - 40
Walnuts - 100
Goat Cheese - 100
Dressing - 100 (ask for it on the side and then just toss a tablespoon on and mix well)
Grilled chicken - 120

That should total to 485 calories.

The thai chicken salad also sounds good but more unknowns calorie-wise involved.

Or you could get a sandwich and do an extra 2 mile walk tomorrow to make up for it and you'd probably be safe.
