Reason(s) for dip in supply?

So I started pumping regularly at 6 weeks, just every morning to get in a routine and start building a freezer stash. By the time I returned to work 8 weeks later I had at least 200 ounces. All last month I pumped a little more than the baby needed every day and had a hard time rotating the stash it was just easier to give the fresh milk. Anyway, I've been trying to freeze 5 ounces and give 9 or 10 fresh so I'm really noticing how much I'm producing. I was easily getting 4 - 5 ounces every morning in under 7 minutes. The past 2 mornings it took double the time. Yesterday during my only pumping session at work where I usually get 8 - 10 ounces in about 10 minutes it took me 15 minutes to get barely 8 ounces. Today it was only 7 ounces

I know I've been slacking a little in the water drinking department and actually having coffee here or there. Also, in the past I had a yogurt every morning and a granola bar almost daily. Lately I've been skipping one or the other. Could those things make a big difference?
