So, after 13 days of prodromal labor our little guy came into the world at 12:22pm on 4/20! We are smitten 
7 lbs 12 ounces and 20 inches long with a 35cm head circumference he arrived after 22 minutes of pushing (following 13 hours of active labor). I have a second degree tear but it was stitched up fairly easily. Great support by the OBs and nurses!!
He latched on right away and nursed for about 45 minutes
He and DW are napping together at the moment while I contemplate getting up the nerve to pee...
