Aww, poor little guy & poor you! Yup, totally possible that he got it from the hospital. Sucks, but would be better than having gotten from one of your other kids!

Our littlest has picked up nasties in the hospital before. Sucks . I hope it's all improvement here on out.

I would say it's most likely from the hospital. My older DS had C Difficile that most likely came from the hospital (since none of us had it).

AHHHHH!!! We are home! I didn't have to even try to convince the dr that Reeve was looking so much better so we should go home. We left yesterday evening and are on oral abx now. His sores have healed up tremendously and he responded very quickly to the IV abx.

We were so ready to get out of there. I had the other 2 kids with me yesterday morn cause I had no one to watch them. They had daycare at 2 so i was going to take them so they wouldn't have to spend all day with me. Of course there's no one to stay with Reeve while i'm gone and it's going to take me an hour to take them and get back. I feed him full up and get him to sleep and then tell the nurse to not disturb him, I have to leave for one hour, hes fed hes asleep and just leave him alone! You'll never get him back to sleep if you wake him up.

I come back and he's CRYING, his IV is going off and his blanket and clothes are WET. WTF?!!!! The nurse tells me the dr's came in and disturbed him. I have NO IDEA how long he sat there and cried. He was in the angry cry but honestly I think he had already passed that and just went to "i'm gonna cry but no one has picked me up yet so it doesn't really matter anymore" type cry. He sounded so desolate....I was PISSED. I didn't even get to yell at the dr who did it they didn't bother coming back to explain anything to me. URGH. One fing hour and they can't get it right. Even with explicit directions. RAWR. I really wanted to tear someones head off.
