My 21 month old son has a disease of his liver and we are looking into a possible stem cell transplant. There is so much fraud in this area, but so much good stuff too. Just wondering if anyone has any info. We are looking into Dr. Fernando Ramirez and Dr. James Braly. It's preformed in Mexico (and other parts of the world too)
