Morning sickness and food restrictions

I really hope someone here can help me.

I'm nursing my 15 month old who has MSPI and is allergic to milk, egg, wheat, and peanuts. We are free of all of the above.

I'm newly pregnant and suffering from constant nausea (chills and exhaustion too). I forgot how hard early pregnancy is. Actually, it's much more difficult this time b/c I can't eat foods that made me feel better with my first. I'm craving pizza. My stomach turns at the thought of my breakfast standby of buckwheat pancakes This is so hard.

Any suggestions for safe foods that made you feel better? Any more natural morning sickness remedies?

Thanks for any help!!

watermelon actually has something in it that combats nausea. I craved watermelons during my first pregnancy and I read afterwards about whatever was in it.

What kind of bland foods do you do - rice cakes? some kind of safe dry cereal? With my first, whom I was the most nauseous with, if I ate some cereal before getting out of bed in the morning it helped a lot. I also wanted yogurt (you could make/buy coconut milk yogurt). Rice crackers? Just make sure you have something readily available, since at least for me, if I ate early and ate often, it seemed to hold it off.

you might try searching H&H for homeopathic remedies for morning sickness. I have hyperemisis in pregnancy and homeopathy helped me.

Consider acupuncture, I've run into a few people who've had a lot of help with morning sickness with acupuncture visits.

Some people also have improvement in m/s with ginger or those sea bands, they have plastic balls at pressure points on your wrist. But I think either homeopathy or acupuncture have the potential to have really good results.
