How many times does your 1 year old pee in a day?

The weather has gotten a lot warmer here in the past week... OK, I'm writing this in the middle of a thunder storm, but before that, it was warm. Anyway, I wasn't counting pees before it warmed up, but DD is peeing about 6-7 times a day right now, and it seems like that's a lot less than before. She's still nursing a whole lot, and she's not that interested in water. I give her some, and she thinks the cup is pretty cool, but I'm not sure how much actually goes into her. She also sweats a whole lot, soaking the sheets when she sleeps. I've been catching a lot more too, so that could be part of why she's having fewer pees, that she's pushing it all out. Yesterday, I caught all (2 or 3) pees during the day all the way up until after 6 PM and then had 4 misses before bedtime. She took 3 naps in there since she didn't sleep well at night, but she didn't even pee at all between her 2nd and 3rd naps. She also sleeps dry all night, so it's not like I don't know how many pees she's getting in while she sleeps.

I would say my 16 month old goes about 6-7 times a day. Average. She is mostly toilet trained and I have noticed in the last few weeks she has started to go longer stretches like 3-4 hours sometimes. Then other days she probably goes 10 times depending on liquid intake and like you mentioned of she really relaxes and emties her bladder. But yeah, 6-7 is probably average. Since we were using disposable gdiapers for a while (.45each), I love to do the math at how much money I saved! haha

Peeing frequency goes down in warm weather for some reason. At a year old, I was having luck offering about every 1.5 hours. Naps would stretch out that time.

my 16 month old is probably more on the 8-10 pees a day routine. She is also dry at night. Since the weather got warmer she wears a dress w/ no undies when we are at the house and she just takes herself to her bblp. That has increased the catches significantly. We are averaging 0-1 misses right now, I am sure things will change as that is how ec is
