need help finding dipe for dh/daycare

dd is 12 mos old and in larges. we have been using pocket diapers for dh and the daycare person while im at work, but they have been giving her a rash and i'm having issues with repelling now, so i'd like to find something new. i need something that will hold for two hours. i change at home as soon as she pees, but dh doesn't remember to change her that often (constant source of frustration for me), and the daycare provider has her hands full with four other little ones. she's actually pretty good at changing every hour, but sometimes just cant make it. dd is an average wetter. i have been considering using either MEOS with the snap in liner and a pull on bummis ( i thought this may be the most straight forward cover for dh/daycare lady to use) OR the bg aio organics. i guess my question is more about the bg- will they hold long enough for an average wetter? and how long would the largest size last for a 1 yo with a build that is a little on the chubby side? and how do they hold up in the wash? any other suggestions are welcome. does the MEOS and pull on combo sound easy enough to figure out? i know MEOS aren't 100% natural, but dd doesn't get red in the ones we have so they should be ok. thanks!!

The bg organics are really absorbant. My dd (11 months) could probably wear one all night without leaking. She can easily wear one 3-4 hours during the day. They do run a little on the small side. I've been using the organics about 10 months, washing 2-3x weekly, and they look beautiful--they've held up wonderfully. Sometimes poo does stain, but sun bleaching has gotten the stains out so far. My husband has no problems working the snaps (seems to be snap incoherent with some other dipes).

My dh would find the two part system overwhelming and would never use it!

thanks! i can always re sell them if she outgrows them i suppose. stuff sells pretty well here on craigslist. how much longer do you think your dd will have to wear them, and what's her build like?? i love our daycare lady, and i dont want to overwhelm her either- she has her hands so full during the day with all the little ones.

DD is tall and has really thinned out (not sure what her measurements are now, but at 9 months she was just over 30" tall and about 21.5lbs). I think she'll be able to wear the diaper for quite a while, well I'm hoping at least since they are expensive diapers. Maybe you can try to find a used diaper here or at diaperswappers to give it a try?

i think im going to buy one to try. i also realized that we started using tide again instead of dawn, so maybe that's why she's broken out in a rash, and could be the cause of the repelling fleece, too. i'm smacking myself in the head for not thinking of this sooner. kind of bummed because i got all psyched up to buy new diapers, lol! we'll see if it clears up.

I use the BG organics as our going out dipes and I really like them. Both my kids are on the heavy-wetting side, and they hold up for at least 2 hours. DS is skinny (~28 pounds and probably ~38 inches) and DD is chunky (~20 pounds and 28.5 inches) and they fit both of them well.
