Labor was totally painless until my water broke in the tub just before I reached 10 cm. Pushing was about an hour and extremely intense!

Haven't done the newborn exam yet, but she's pink and nursing!

Thanks everyone! I'm stunned that everything but the last hour (after my water broke) was painless. STUNNED.

My midwife made the most amazing video of the baby's head and body coming out. I loved how she didn't touch me. I was able to reach right down and grab the baby as she slipped out. I want to share the video but I'm totally naked and making sexual sounds. I'm debating...

She weighs 7 pounds, 6 ounces and she's 20 inches long.
