Books about gardening

Do you know of any books for toddlers (or slightly older) that feature gardens and gardening? My 27-month old daughter is really into it with me. We mostly grow veggies but will do some flowers too. It could be from a science perspective (we actually have Plant Secrets, which she likes, and talks about seed-plant-flower-fruit-seed) but anything with more of a story? I really don't like cartoony illustrations but if it was a good book otherwise I'd be ok with that. Any suggestions welcomed and appreciated!

Also...has anyone ever found gardening gloves that fit a 2 year old? Not that she needs them, she just likes to wear and do everything I do.

DS enjoyed the book "Planting a Rainbow" by Lois Ehlert.

There is one that we got from the library called Jack's Garden, it's about planting a flower garden and the story is simple - to the tune of "The House that Jack Built" but replacing seeds and soil and rain and bugs etc. for each line. DS (27 months) really enjoyed it.

Margaret Wise Brown wrote an AWESOME children's book called, "Two Little Gardeners." The illustrations are great and there is a cool song (with music) at the end. I have it in a little golden book format, it's really old but maybe you could find it on amazon or somewhere.

Also by Lois Ehlert Growing Tomato Soup and The Curious Garden by Peter Brown which I really love. There's The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle and The Carrot Seed by Ruth Krauss. And I also really love Inch by Inch: The Garden Song. We'd listen to the song while reading the book.
