Help! DC #2 due in 3 weeks and nowhere to sleep!

I'm not sure how to work this out, and I feel like a simple answer is probably staring me in the face, but I can't see it. Our situation:
18 month old DC who sleeps in our bed part of the night. We don't want to change that.
Our next baby is due in May, and our bed is a tempur pedic queen; I do not feel comfortable having a newborn in our bed between us because of DD, and because the bed holds so much heat; plus, we like our pillows and blankets.
My solution was a snugglenest, but we can't all fit in the bed with it! An arms reach cosleeper was my next idea, but I know I'll fall asleep nursing and the baby will be in our bed.
The only thing I can think is if dh and DD sleep on the couch (it's big and comfy, and they fall asleep out there often), and use the snugglenest for the baby. I really don't want that though.

After a couple months, I'll be fine with all of us in the same bed, if DD hasn't transitioned fully to her bed (we're in no rush). But at first, I'm really nervous sleeping in bed with a newborn; with DD, we actually took turns sleeping on the floor with her for the first 6 weeks!

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!

Edit: Our bedroom is too cramped to bring the crib in and sidecar it.

Do you have a crib somewhere? I took a crib my friend gave me and butted it next to the bed. Honestly, I slept half in it and half in our bed and it really expanded the space a lot. Granted, we did that with the toddler between us, but that seems workable if you put the infant in the crib on the other side of you.

LOL, thank you for the suggestion. I just edited my post before I saw this. I know it's a good idea, but our room is small and cramped as it is; this unfortunately isn't an option.

What about instead of a crib get a small travel bassinet? Both mine started out in one because I was not comfy with them in the bed so little.

I did fall asleep nursing sometimes but it wasnt a deep sleep and the baby was always on the outside edge of the bed between me and the bassinet so no worries about dd hurting ds when he came along.

I think IKEA makes cribs that are much smaller than the cribs from the big box stores. I saw a pic of one and it looked MUCH smaller than mine. Just a thought....
