For women who have had implantation cramps

and had it confirmed by BFPs - where do you feel them? I'm almost 6 days post IUI, and I've been having PLENTY of symptoms. Whether it is all a product of my overactive imagination remains to be seen About an hour ago, I felt a dull stabbing sensation on the lower right side of my abdomen, just above the groin (sorry if TMI). It went on for maybe 5 minutes and best, and has been repeating on and off. Are implantational cramps felt this low on the stomach, and do they feel like stabbing pains?

I wouldnt call mine dull stabbing (but hey they are different for everyone) but a pinching sort of pain... and it was the bottom right... as confirmed by not only bfp but by an ultrasound showing that was where baby implanted.

I had lots of random pinching type cramps low in my pelvis. But at one point there was a strong, sharp stabbing type pain around when implantation was likely.

I had the pinching, digging in feeling low on my stomache, right around my pubic line (maybe a little lower) for both of my pregnancies. Those feelings are how I knew I was pregnant before I got BFPs.

Bottom right...same for me. I wish I'd paid attention to what dpo it was. Oh well I guess it doesn't matter

I had pains ever since ovulation, i felt my ovulation as usual, and then i had sharp stabbing pains in my left ovary everyday after that. It was similar to AF cramps toward 14dpo and im continuing to have these! i got my BFP on tuesday

Thank you all for your responses! I was the most concerned about the location, I thought it would be higher up, where AF cramps are felt. This was above the groin, just above the pubic line., but hey, listening to all of you it sounds right.

I've got so many symptoms...chills (and nausea) since about 3.5 dpo, an insanely tender chest--If I run chestfirst into anybody I'm going to be screeching in pain..and now this.

All of this really tells you nothing, I'll bet there are many women who have 'felt' that they had to be preggo till they got that BFN

Had a BFN this morning...at 6 dPO

My IUI was exactly on time though (see my chart its so pretty) and I seem to be in good shape as far as fertility goes. I'm nervous though because I'm using a donor and he appears to be bad at knocking women up,...14 failed IUIs between 4 different woman, but a 5th was successful on the first attempt with twins!

yeah most of my AF cramps are nowhere near my uterus or ovaries (pre-pregnancy that is) but much higher.

A tip: if you get AF-like cramps near when AF is due do NOT let it bum you out. I had them from around when AF was due through about 10 weeks along and have a 100% perfectly healthy baby cooking in there that is nearly 20 weeks now!
