Kettlebells, anyone?

Does anyone do kettlebell workouts? I bought one (a 15lber) and a couple videos back before I got pregnant with ds (now 8mos) but I haven't really used it. I just started a lower-carb diet (kind of a primal way of eating, but with whole milk, and butter, and cheese too) and I really like the advice on fitness. I've been doing lots of long gentle walks with the kiddos, but I having trouble with getting in strength training at home. I'm hoping that I can rely on the kettlebell for that. So tell me about your kettlebell workout routines?

I use em i've posted about it around here a few times.....i'll be back later and give you some ideas. I personally use the 35 and 40 pounds mostly, but I'm a weight lifter and heavy is relative to individual.

Basic kettlebell swings, snatch, snatch and press and turkish get up will give you a total body workout. You can google and watch videos to get correct form. I'll do a cirucuit with swings, snatches, pushups, pullups and jump squats and get a killer workout in undre 20 minutes

Awesome!!!

I was doing swings and get ups as my routine recently, but then we got sick and I haven't gotten back to it! This is just the push I need.

This. The key for me is keeping it varied. I don't have a routine. I get better results that way.
