I was wondering how hot wearing the the babyhawk gets when you are using it in the summer?

I think any babywearing is going to be warmer than not babywearing....something like a BH is going to be a reasonable compromise between warmth and ergonomic comfort. It will be more lightweight than a buckle carrier like an Ergo, but give you more support and be more comfy on your back than something like a ring sling. Just make sure to dress both of you lightly, wear sunhats, stay hydrated, and stay out of the worst of the sun if at all possible.
