Does your SO have this problem?

My husband and I are currently TTC #2 and are starting our 2nd cycle. The first cycle, we DTD for 5 days straight with the 4th time being on the day that I suspected ovulation. On the 3rd day, my husband started saying that he was getting discomfort in the lower area of his penis. Does anyone else' SO have that problem? Does anyone have any ideas to help it not be uncomfortable? I'm thinking it's just a muscle that's not used to doing that 5 days straight and will get better with our practicing.

This cycle I'm doing things a bit different (using OPKs and temping) so I'm hoping to cut the days we DTD down to 3 or maybe 4.

Thanks, in advance, for your help!

I've had something similar. Usually only if it is used excessively or kept uncomfortable in my underwear (like sitting on it funny for long periods of time). Luckily, I haven't had that problem this month.

Well thank you, DaddyM, for your input! I really think he's just not used to the "excessive use" quite yet! LOL

I am trying to imagine what "excessive use" for my DH would be. I am sure we have not reached that point yet!

My ex did mention this problem when he... self stimulated... too much.

You're cracking me up! I think it was "excessive" for my DH because typically we don't do it 5 days straight. In fact, we've never DTD more than probably 2 days in a row in the nearly 8 years we've been together. I'll have to check and make sure he's not self-stimulating around the time I'm going to ovulate and make sure he's rested up!

Or... You could have sex every other day throughout your cycle.

every other day would be fine, it also keeps sperm count up and strong. they stay in your tubes from 1-5 days alive and waiting fo the egg.

How long is he erect before ejaculation?

Sometimes if an erection lasts a long time, over extended periods, it can become uncomfortable.

So I hear.
