Polio book?

Isn't there a polio book that has something about a monkey in the title? Am I thinking of something else?

There were two Haslam books. The only one that seems to be in print is Dr. Mary's Monkey: How the Unsolved Murder of a Doctor, a Secret Laboratory in New Orleans and Cancer-Causing Monkey Viruses are Linked to Lee Harvey Oswald, the JFK Assassination and Emerging Global Epidemics.

There's also The Virus and the Vaccine: The True Story of a Cancer-Causing Monkey Virus, Contaminated Polio Vaccine, and the Millions of Americans Exposed, by Bookchin & Schumacher.

No, I haven't read either. I do know that the second one is mainly concerned with SV-40, whereas, judging from the subtitle, the Haslam book seems to have a much broader agenda. Whether it includes HIV speculation, I can't say offhand.
