I mean on hands and knees? (I know some people call this creeping but I'm not talking about that.)

I'm not exactly sure, he army crawled fast and would go on hands and knees to go over objects. Then he would gradually be on hands and knees more and more. Now it's just hands and knees. 7-8 months. Army crawled at 6 months. I voted for 7.

Mines still not crawling and she's almost 10 months. She is, however, almost walking.

I voted 6 months, for my ds. He may have been only 5 months, but I can't remember for sure so I went with 6. He was a super active baby.
I did have a friend whose baby never crawled and went straight to walking!

He started on hands and knees at 8 months, I didn't notice that and voted 6 months since that was when he started creeping/crawling. He'd do a combo.

DS started "creeping/scooting/doing the worm" at around 6 months.. he would basically push himself places with his toes.. it was the funniest thing to watch! He start crawling for real around 8 months, and started walking around 9.5 months. So on the early side for most milestones.

DD is 10.5 months adjusted age, and just started army crawling last week, so not quite on her hands and knees yet. She seems to be really close to walking, but we'll see when she decides to do that!

Only one of my crew ever crawled on hands and knees at all.

That was DD1, and she was 8 1/2 months.

The other two never crawled at all. DS was a butt-scooter, and DD2 used to hitch herself around with one leg and one arm, like an amputee with a crutch. They were both roughly 10 months old, I think, although I don't remember clearly, when they started doing that. DD2 had been belly-scooting, backwards, since three months old, though.

Our DD started army crawling at 6.5 months. Started swaying on her hands and knees by 7 months and then crawling at about 8 or 8.5 months.
She is now 9.5 months and pulls herself up to stand and tries to cruise around objects, but falls a lot. She will hold our hands and walk, but her balance isn't great.

DS began crawling around 10 months.

Dd was 5 months.
Ds1 was on hands and knees by 3.5 months (army crawling right at 3 months.)

I voted 4 months or before.

All 3 started crawling at 5-7 months old. Developmentally, crawling has very little significance.

Crawling has a lot of significance actually. The cross patterning is really good and important for brain development.

To the people whose babies crawled on hands and knees around 4 months or earlier....wow! did you do anything to facilitate that?! Like did you have them on their tummies a lot during the day? That's amazing!

DS1 was 7.5 months. DS2 isn't at stage yet.
