Do you think a toddler would get enough protein from eggs, fish, nuts/peanut butter and beans? That is, assuming you know they are not allergic.

And do you have to give a baby (like 8 months+) extra protein or is what they get from their formula enough? I have seen those disgusting ham, chicken, etc purees and was wondering why they even make them! Yuck!
