welcome back, AF??!

sheesh. i am now fully recovered (it took a while for my tears to heal) and for me to stop the final yellowish bleeding from my birth. i have been done with both of those things for maybe two weeks and ....

my period is back! and boy, is it heavy! anyone else got theirs yet?

I got a mini one a couple of weeks back. My babe was born on Jan 17th though. usually I have at least 3 months, sheesh!

Mine has long since returned. No fun at all. But I get used to it.

i didn't expect it so soon, or to be as heavy! i mean really heavy! i called the midwife i was so concerned.

i put down a chuck again as it was so heavy.

Maybe it is because it comes back so soon; my first one pp is usually about twice as heavy as "normal", then the second is less heavy, and the third is "normal". At least that is how it goes for me.

Since I have never had a long pp AF break, I am unsure as to how it is the first time when there is months or years between.
