I have been making the same lemon tahini sauce forever and would like to try something new but can't come up with anything that sounds good. What do you like to serve with your falafel?

I like to make a cucumber yogurt dressing like tzatziki

there is a cashew based cucumber dressing in Veginonmicon that is really good too.

I make a cucumber garlic sauce : Its plain yogurt, shredded cucumber, garlic, and lemon juice. pretty simple and very yummy.
They also have a premade one at the grocery- cedar's brand, it was good.
