Is this weird???

My daughter who will be 3 in a week has in the last few days developed a very pronounced "snort" when she laughs or cries. It happens every second or so the entire time she is laughing or crying. She has not been sick. My husband is concerned there is something wrong by the way it sounds. It is really cute but kind of alarming how much it is happening.

Without hearing her my guess is that it's just something she stumbled on and likes doing.

Or, does she have seasonal allergies? Stuffy nose?

Nope she is not stuffed up at all and she is doing it in her sleep also. Yes she laughs a lot in her sleep. It is totally unintentional.
