57 and WAY out of shape! Where do I start?

I realized recently (at a wedding where I was dancing) how completely out of shape I am. I've ALWAYS been in shape enough to do whatever I wanted (dancing, hiking, biking....). This is alarming. I want to get back to my in-shape self. My life is busy with small children. Going to the gym is not really an option. Where do I start????

Can you take them for long walks?

Yeah, I was going to suggest walking, too.

Or you can have dance parties! my kids love that!
