We are looking for the following:
Teacher support
Bible based
Mostly offline work
Accredidation
Can set own school calendar

I also want to be able to branch out more on my own as I gain confidence, but I don't want to spend tens of thousands on my children's education and the still end up needing to get a GED.

You might check Bob Jones

in addition to bob jones, abeka may meet your criteria too?? they have a lot of what you mention (i *think*). as for christian curricula in general, we really love rod & staff and christian light education (we use them for several subjects). i'm not sure how much they meet your overall criteria though, but they are excellent imho and we've been very pleased. worth looking into anyway. hth.
