So. My kiddos are sick, sick, sick.
DS1 has basically croup (except he's four, so they call it laryngitis). He's now on oral steroids.
DS2, 12 weeks old, has bronchiolitis. We've been seeing a physical therapist for respiratory therapy to get the crud out of his lungs. Today when we went in for his session, we undressed him and lo and behold: red rash all over his torso.
Luckily, the therapist works in the hospital with the pediatric ER. So we went to the ER after his session, and they diagnosed him with roseola. Except he's had NO fever. Is this common? Possible? He did have a bit of diarrhea today, but otherwise he's been eating and sleeping normally, given the bronchiolitis.
Poor guy. He's already had a cold, a UTI (requiring hospitalization) and now bronchio and this rash. All in 12 short weeks.
Anyway, is it really possible to have roseola with no fever?
