Victoria Rose was born on April 20

I went in on Tues for an induction. I was due the 8th. My Dr gave me a choice on how I wanted to do it so I picked a water break. He did it at like 8 am and DP and I walked...and walked and walked and walked LOL. At a little after noon I had a friend bring DD to the hospital (she wanted to watch but needed her own support person, DS-3- stayed home with a sitter). More walking... at like 4, my water broke the rest of the way while I was on the phone. I guess he only punctured it or broke the forebag or something. Anyway, there had been a water main brake that made it so the hospital had no hot water so I couldn't use the jacuzzi :-( I started to kind of feel pressure at like 5 so I asked the nurse to have my Dr check me and I was 6 cm, stretchable to 7. The hot water was finally back a little while later. The nurse started filling the jacuzzi (yay! Relief!) and I stepped in at like 7:30ish. AS SOON AS I GOT IN BEFORE EVEN SITTING DOWN my contractions were the type that must be pushed through. I tried to deny that I was pushing but uh...stuff was coming out so it was obvious. My Dr came into the room and said "I know those noises! That's birthin' sounds!" LOL. I finally got a contraction brake apologised for the mess in the tub LOL and got onto the bed. About ten minutes of pushing later, Victoria was born. DP asked Riley (DD) if she'd like to cut the cord, she said no but it was obvious she kind of did. My Dr said "oh no, you can do this" and handed her the scissors and showed her where to cut. totally cool! He said he'd never done a sideways delivery before (he was kind of off to the side so people could see lol)
This was also the first delivery that i've screamed and swore during so it was like "ahhhhhh f-word, s-word, omg, sorry!!!" over and over. Matt said i don't have to keep apologising, my dr said "i know... why the f is she doing that?". LMAO
Anyway, 9 lbs, 0 oz. 20 1/2 inches.
My latest, messiest, loudest delivery lol
