I would love to get back into canning this year.
I have a 23 quart Pressure Canner. It's been several years since we have done anything.
My goal this year is:
Italian Tomatoes
Rotel Type Tomatoes
Plain Tomatoes
Dill Pickles
Bread and Butter Pickles
Salsa
Probably anything else I can get my hands on.
Maybe fruit preserves and or jelly.
Anyone else want to share notes and recipes?
