Seriously? One of my fears is getting burnt with bacon grease. DH makes fun of me when I make it on the stove because I put on a wool long sleeved sweater and use the dish washing gloves to flip it.

I can eat salad with some bread and cheese for supper every night of the week in summer! Just add some soup in the cold months and I am good to go!
