My DS has an ear infection. 
He's been spitting up excessively for the past 1-3 weeks, something I thought he'd outgrown. I saw him tug on his ear about 4 days ago, but thought it was just a coincident. He only did it once. Last night (although he's been STTN for about 2 months), he was awake 7-8 times!! Then he tugged on his ear again today, twice. So.. I can't keep denying it. He has an ear infection.
I've read things about how antibiotics really don't help much. I also don't really have a doctor for him. We don't vaccinate him, so I know it won't be a pleasant visit if we have to take him in. Are there any homeopathic remedies? Anything I could do at home for him? Does a chiropractor actually help?
ETA: should I clean his ears? Like maybe with water/white vinegar? Or is he too young?
