Including macro-nutrients? That is, are you looking for suggestions for foods that are high in protein/ carbs/ fat and in micro-nutrients, or for foods that are low in one or more macro-nutrients but high in micro-nutrients?

sweet potatoe is the most nutritent dense food (nutrients per calorie wise) in the world! And they are tasty. Also blueberries, spinach, kale. May I also suggest learning some basic food pairings, things that make the nutrients in one item easy to absorb? For example vitamin C greatly inscreases iron absorbtion, etc.
