We have been going through sippy cups like nothing and I couldn't figure out where they have gone, but the other day I found 3 yr dd has been throwing them away when the are empty. Now what else has she been throwing away? Now I have to monitor the trash. Crazy!

For a couple of days I was sending DS to preschool with spoons to use in his yogurt, and he was coming home without them. On day 3 I went to pick him up and thought to check his lunchbox for it - no spoon again.
Turns out he'd been throwing them in the trash at school. Two spoons lost (yes, I dug the third out of the trash, thankfully it was right on top), lesson learned by mommy. He has to use the spoons at school now if he wants any yogurt!
