OK, I realize I probably sound ridiculous, but I really have no idea what they mean by a "complete physical" at the OB office. I called just to schedule my regular yearly pap test... but they asked if this was for a complete physical so I said yes. Is that just their gentle way of saying pap?
I figure it involves the pap, breast exam, any STD testing if I wanted it. But nothing not related to my girly parts, right? I haven't been to a regular doc in years but I'm scheduling to see a GP for various things (a bad knee, skin stuff etc), but could I just see the OB for everything?
I feel silly even asking this. I can't stand seeing doctors so I avoid them at all costs and now I don't really know who does what!!
