help!

Hi,
Im wondering if someone can help. im new to this forum it looks great.
So i have pcos and no periods in over a year. do you know a way to get it to start naturally not with the meds(prometrium...) i don't want to take drugs. anyone know natural way.. i feel like there are so few in he situation like i am.
please help.
