Pumped milk for naps. She wants more.

My daughter is 21 months old and we are continuing to breastfeed.
She generally nurses only at home and only during bedtime, naptime and an occasional 11am nip (on weekends or if I am home).
I work outside of home and since my daughter still requests for breastmilk before her nap I have continued to pump but have reduced this to once a day.
On average I am able to pump 4-5 ounces in a session so long as I keep my caloric intake up.
This usually is the perfect amount for her but lately she's been asking my husband for more.
Do you think it's a growth spurt?
Should I try to fit another pumping session in?
Should DH offer water if she wants more instead?
Any thoughts?
If she doesn't get more my husband says he notices her naps are shorter and only last an hour versus her usual 2 hour nap.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

We recently we had a bottle crisis and I had to put a slow flow nipple on DD's bottle. We were worried at first it would frustrate her, but after I got home from work that day, DH said that it was fantastic b/c she drank soooo slowly she fell asleep before she even finished one bottle when usually he has to do 2 or more. Maybe try switching the nipple on the bottle to a slow one?
Since your DD's in the older range, I would feel ok offering an alternate milk in case you aren't willing or able to pump more milk. DD is 19 mo and we give soymilk (we're vegan) and I stopped pumping around 15 mo. I mean, there's nothing *wrong* w/adding a session and pumping more, it's just whatever you're willing to do. Maybe your DH could wait til she wakes up and if she wants more, offer water or milk in the bottle?
HTH!

I was also going to say alternative milk or snack before milk.
