So I'm trying to clean out my freezer to prepare for another season of produce from our local CSA farm, as well as free range beef from a rancher and fish from a local CSS...
I have a lot of frozen cabbage, bok choy, kale, chard, spinach, broccoli and tomatillos. What would you do?
My plan this week is to make a huge macaroni and cheese with the broccoli and cauliflower and to use up the rest of the green beans for snacks, but I need to get this cleaned out by the end of May!
