Bikini line yeast infection. Please help

I've had this issue for nearly two years and everything my dermatologist, primary care physician and OB have prescribed is not working. They all say it's a yeast infection of the bikini line. It itches horribly and is often red from the itching. I've taken Nystatin cream and Nystatin powder and nothing works. I've started using boy short undies so that there is no elastic rubbing against the area but that has not helped.

Does anyone know of a natural remedy that may help. I'm willing to try anything.

Aloe vera is a good all-around remedy for skin issues. Buy the actual plant and cut into it.

Also do you take probiotics? These really work for me:

Are you absolutely sure it's yeast and not eczema or something similar? If it's eczema, you may need a mild steroid cream.

Have you tried lotrimin cream?
I have had success with swabbing the area with diluted grapefruit seed extract, letting it dry, and then applying lotrimin.

All three doctors say it's yeast but considering my past issues with eczema that might be it too. Thanks for the link on the probiotics and aloe vera. I will go to the health food store for the aloe plant.

Mosesface, lotrimin hasn't worked for me either. I hope this isn't TMI but I itch like crazy in that area and I will try anything to help this go away.

It is eczema. I went to the derm yesterday because it's gotten worst and is now also under my breasts. He gave me a special cream to use which the pharmacy has to order because it has to be mixed. The situation had gotten so bad that area hurts when I walk. Thanks for the advice though. Wanted to post back and give an update.
