cool huge bathtub would be great for birthing!

I am currently daydreaming about converting a closet to a bathroom in our master bedroom (there is only one bathroom upstairs in a 3 bd house). There is not a lot of room, so I have been looking for a compact shower/tub combination. I found that there is a whole market for walk-in tubs, geared towards individuals who need assistance.

Check out these deep and compact tubs (not the first one)... would that be an awesome place to birth? Has anyone experienced something this deep, or do you just have to get an aquadoula if you want a similar experience?

I would be concerned about being able to get out quickly if you needed to maneuver for something like a shoulder dystocia. I'd love a really deep tub, but that doesn't look quite right for birth to me. That said, I defer to the greater knowledge of other posters who have had a water birth.
