How many times can I reuse marrow bones for broth?

I'm processing my second batch, and the bones are looking a little more used than they did after the first batch. Is it worth trying for a third time? At what point does the nutrition of my broth significantly decrease?

We've gone three times and the bones basically disintegrate. If it works for your kitchen schedule I'd go ahead and do it. I just find that the broth can get bitter if left on too long, especially the second and third rounds.

Thanks! I ended up not trying. By the time I got back around to dealing with it, the bones had been on the counter for about 3 hours, and last night wasn't going to be a good time to process broth, so it was going to be a 24 hour simmer if I did it, so I'm just happy with what I got.
