Projectile Vomiting w/ No Other Symptoms

I'm at a complete loss. DD2 (who is 5.5 months) slept through the night (12 hours) 2 nights ago for the first time. At first I was beside myself with excitement but then when I went in to get her that morning I noticed orange stains on her sheets....she had vomited during the night. Not a lot of vomit, just a few round stains here and there. Poor girl didn't even make a peep that night. I didn't think much of it until I nursed her and she proceeded to projectile vomit what felt like her whole entire feeding (I was holding my shirt up to keep it all in). I thought maybe she just took in too much milk because I was extremely full (I don't think my breasts liked going 12 hours, lol) and I have an overactive letdown. I then let her nurse a little more and she projectile vomited again. I put a call in to the doctor and she said not to worry just to feed her smaller amounts more often (easier said then done with breastfeeding ). So I pumped the rest of the day and gave her 0.5-1 ounce amounts at a time. She didn't vomit the rest of the day. She has no other symptoms (no fever, although so did reach 100 degrees at one point in the evening yesterday, and acting completely normal). She was even laughing throughout the day and wasn't fussy AT ALL. She just didn't want to eat much. Last night she slept through the night AGAIN. No vomit in her crib this morning . AND she nursed what felt like normal. I just kept her prone for 30 minutes afterwards. She seemed like she was spitting up a little and then swallowing it again but not vomiting. I just have NO IDEA what could be going on. Any ideas? I thought maybe teething but I can't see anything under her gums. TIA!

Did you eat something unusual for you recently. Usually when this happens with my kids, I've eaten something I don't usually eat-ice cream, for instance.
