So far everything lookds great. They are di/di with great little heart beats. A: 149 B: 141.

I'm scared out of my wits atm. Nervous etc. LOL I have the book what to expect when your having twins/triplets or quads. From my OB today. I will start reading that later tonight.

Any single piece of advice that was awesomely helpful?

Welcome!

I guess the most basic piece of advice I have is be prepared for things to change. Think about what your goals are and do what you need to prepare for them, but be prepared to mix things up if the goals don't work out. Pay attention to what is actually happening with your body and your family and you'll do fine.

Mamas here have had uneventful full-term pregnancies with home births, short pregnancies with lots of complications ending with babies in the NICU, exclusive breastfeeding from the beginning, complete failure to breastfeed despite massive efforts, and pretty much everything in between. Some of us have needed bed rest and some of us have been active til the babes were born.

You already have kids, so the new parent stuff things won't phase you, but it will feel different dealing with two of the same age. Think about what help you have available and start lining it up now.

And, of course, ask questions if you have them.
