I was having some incontinence issues, definitely not as bad some women on this thread. I had started doing the 200 squat program I haven't had any problems. Didn't really think about it until I read that article over the weekend.

hmm...if I ever get rid of my lower back pain, I'm gong to try this. Right now, I can't even do one full squat. *sigh*
